Orders & product expectations
Many The Mamay Door products are handmade, personalized or prepared after an order is placed. Small handmade variations may occur and are part of the nature of handmade work. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens or vary with available materials.
Colour preferences and special requests are treated as requests unless specifically confirmed. If an exact colour, design, reference or delivery date is important, please contact us before ordering.
Payments
Cash on Delivery is available in Karachi only and carries an additional Rs. 50 COD handling charge. Orders outside Karachi require full advance payment. Personalized and custom orders also require full advance payment.
Delivery
Standard estimated completion and delivery is approximately 6–7 days in Karachi and 8–9 days outside Karachi. Some handmade products require longer and will show a separate timeline on the relevant product page.
Returns & replacements
Personalized and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Replacement for broken or damaged glass products is subject to the requirements on our Returns & Replacements page, including a proper unboxing video and contacting us within 2 hours of receiving the parcel.
