Are The Mamay Door products ready stock or made to order?
Most pieces are made after your order is placed. Some items may occasionally be ready sooner, and if your order is completed early, we’ll dispatch it earlier.
How long will my order take?
For most orders, the estimated order completion and delivery time is 6–7 days for Karachi and 8–9 days outside Karachi. Highly detailed handmade pieces may need longer.
What are the delivery charges?
Karachi delivery is Rs. 250. Cash on Delivery is available in Karachi only and carries an additional Rs. 50 COD handling charge. Outside Karachi, delivery is Rs. 350 and full advance payment is required.
Can I request a specific colour?
Yes. On relevant product pages you can leave a colour preference or special request. We’ll do our best to accommodate it depending on material availability.
What if the exact colour or material is not available?
If you’re happy with a similar shade, you can tell us while ordering. If the exact shade or detail is important to you, please contact The Mamay Door before placing your order.
Can I send a reference image or custom idea?
Absolutely. Send us your saved picture, Pinterest reference or idea before ordering and we’ll let you know whether a similar style or customized version can be created.
Do personalized or custom orders require advance payment?
Yes. Personalized and custom orders require full advance payment.
Can I place an urgent order?
If you need something by a particular date, contact us before placing the order. We’ll tell you what is realistically possible based on the product and current making schedule.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
No. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does the fully hand-embroidered Luxury Beaded Potli take?
This piece can take approximately 4 weeks to create. If you need it for an event or gift date, please contact us before ordering.
Can I return or exchange a personalized or made-to-order product?
No. Personalized and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
