Because many of our products are handmade, personalized or prepared around your order, a little making time is part of the process. We keep our delivery estimates realistic so you know what to expect before ordering.
Estimated order completion & delivery
- Karachi: 6–7 days
- Outside Karachi: 8–9 days
If your order is completed earlier, we’ll dispatch it sooner. You do not have to wait for the full estimated period if your piece is ready.
Special handmade pieces
Some detailed products require a longer making time. The Luxury Beaded Potli is fully hand embroidered and may take approximately 4 weeks to create. Where a product has a special lead time, the product-page timeline takes priority over the standard estimate above.
Need your order by a specific date?
Please contact The Mamay Door before placing the order. We’ll check the product, customization and current making schedule and tell you what is realistically possible. Urgent delivery is only considered confirmed once the timeline has been discussed.
Colour and material preferences
You can leave a colour preference or special request on relevant product pages. We’ll do our best to accommodate your choice depending on material availability. If you’re comfortable with a similar shade when the exact colour is unavailable, you can tell us while ordering. If an exact shade, design or material is essential, please contact us before placing your order.
